ORDER INFORMATION
In order to guarantee the quality and integrity of the products you order, you must first check all their relevant characteristics , such as size, color or model.
However, if necessary, exchanges and/or returns of items will be accepted within 15 days of receipt , upon presentation of proof of order (sent via email).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES
1. Deadline:
Up to a maximum of 8 days after delivery of the item, in the case of exchanges and up to a maximum of 30 days in the case of returns
2. Criteria and conditions:
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases and as long as the item is new, without any signs of previous use or washing:
— Need for a different size;
— Preference for another model or color;
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the event of manufacturing defects, and as long as there are no signs of improper use or washing.
3. Rejection of exchanges and returns:
Colégio do Vale reserves the right to reject the exchange/return of articles if the above-mentioned requirements are not met.
