In order to guarantee the quality and integrity of the products you order, you must first check all their relevant characteristics , such as size, color or model.

EXCHANGES

— Deadline for Exchanges —
To start the process of exchanging items, you must demonstrate your intention to do so within a maximum period of 15 days after delivery of the order , together with proof of order (sent by email).

— Valid Criteria for Exchanging Articles —
The valid criteria for exchanging articles are as follows:

— Need for a larger/smaller size;

— Preference for another model or color;

— Stock out;

— Verification of manufacturing defects.

If the item has a manufacturing defect, you must immediately notify the College so that it can confirm the defect and begin the exchange process.

We further inform you that the exchange process will only be considered valid if at least one of the above-mentioned criteria applies .

— Conditions for Making Exchanges —
Once you have duly expressed your intention to exchange an item, this can only occur if it is found that the item is:
— Properly preserved in the original packaging (in the case of equipment);
— Completely intact, without any signs of previous use or washing.

We further inform you that the exchange will only be carried out if it is possible to guarantee compliance with all the conditions mentioned above .

— Exchange Rejection —
Colégio do Vale reserves the right to reject the exchange of articles if the above-mentioned requirements are not met.

RETURNS

— Deadline for Returns —
To start the process of returning items, you must demonstrate your intention to do so within a maximum period of 15 days after delivery of the order , together with proof of order (sent by email).

— Valid Criteria for Returning Items —
The valid criteria for returning articles are as follows:
— No need for a higher/lower size;
— Preference for another model or non-existent color;
—Delay in Delivery due to Stock Outage;
— Mistake at the time of purchase;

We further inform you that the return process will only be considered valid if at least one of the above-mentioned criteria applies .

— Conditions for Returning Items —
Once you have duly expressed your intention to return an item, this may only occur if it is found that the item is:
— Properly preserved in the original packaging (in the case of equipment);
— Without any signs of previous use or washing;

We further inform you that the return will only be made if it is possible to guarantee compliance with all the conditions mentioned above .

— Rejection of Returned Items —
Colégio do Vale reserves the right to reject the return of articles if the above-mentioned requirements are not met.
